BELÉN MARTINEZ

  Belen Martinez, also known as Belen Lavecchia, is a world-renowned professional dancer, choreographer, and performer born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her dance journey began at the age of 6 with Ballet classes, and today, with over 15 years of global experience, she has become a force in the entertainment world. She earned her degree in Musical Theater Choreography from the University of Arts in Buenos Aires and has studied under top teachers worldwide, mastering Jazz, Contemporary, Salsa, Bachata, Tango, and Latin Fusion.

  Belen's impressive career includes notable television appearances in Mexico, Argentina, and the United States, with credits such as “La Academia,” “Dancing with the Stars,” and “Todo un Show MX.” Specializing in Latin Dance, she has earned numerous international competition titles, including 3rd place at the World Championships Euroson Latino in Mexico, as part of a Bachata Cabaret Professional Couple.

  Her dynamic performances have taken her across the globe, including a standout act as an Acrobatic Salsa Couple aboard the MSC Bellissima, one of the largest cruise ships in the world. In 2020, Belen moved to Los Angeles, California, where she expanded her talents to include acting and stunt work. She has worked on major TV shows and films alongside esteemed choreographers and directors. Notably, she choreographed and performed as a stunt double for 10 episodes of Rise of the Witches, filmed in Saudi Arabia.

  Belen’s versatility also led her to become one of the dancers for Universal Studios Hollywood and Fox Entertainment Group. Currently, she performs with the Benise Show, a captivating concert celebrating Spanish guitar music.
